Another one bites the dust.....

Actually you could say that another 2 1/2 bites the dust!! That is 2 1/2 pounds gone making my grand total 7 1/2 pounds gone! Yay me!!! Hopefully in 2 weeks i'll get my 5 % gone. That will be nice!! I am so happy the weather appears to be warming up the nnext few days so i'll be sure to get out there and walk my little butt off!!!

Fun Day today

Paul decided to take Molly and I on a breakfast date this morning. We saw the commercial that Denny's was giving away free Grand Slams to everyone and we figured we'd go check it out. Don't worry my diet supporters I saw the Grand Slam was at least like 17 points for WW and I was only going to eat the eggs and Molly would eat whatever else off the plate that she wanted!!!
Well needless to say EVERYONE decided to go today and we did not feel like waiting out in the line in 15 degree temps. So we went to Phoenix Coney Island instead. They also were packed but we only had to wait for a table to be cleared! I guess Denny's helped stimulate the economy for all the other restaraunts too!!
After Denny's we went to Target where I showed Paul an adorable shirt and skirt outfit i wanted to get for Molly, we got that, an adorable little bermuda short and shirt outfit, and another scooter skirt and tshirt. So her spring/summer wardrobe is off to a roaring start! I LOVE having a girly girl to dress!!! She adores everything and was holding up skirts and shirts she "thought" matched!!
We also checked out The Christmas Tree Shoppe, I really liked it! I'll be keeping it in mind for seasonal decorations and what not!

February 1st and Superbowl Sunday!

Ya know what I love? I have loved this for well over 15 years too....it's gonna sound funny....but I love the smell of the church parking lot on SuperBowl sunday. It has been a tradition for quite some years that the youth group gathers extremly early in the morning and makes subs that people have ordered for a few weeks before hand! Nick participated last year(as did I) in the tradition but I did not let him this year. Just due to the fact he had a busy saturday and I felt he needed rest sunday. So all day today we have been nibbling on the yummy subs!! I had just a tiny sliver because I really would like some chips and dips tonight!!! Dont fear though my diet followers my friend and I walked over two miles together earlier today!!!

Even Steven today

so i had my WW meeting today. I was totally expecting a gain because i accidently ate chips and dip twice(shhh dont tell anyone!). Oh well! So when I weighed in I actually remained the same weight! Yay! No win no lose BUT I will hide the chips and dip so I can't accidently find them again!! Umm at least until Super Bowl Sunday.......

Sharing a few Molly funnies

I have no iea how a 4 year old comes up with these things but this was all just today!
It started this morning. I was sitting with her and we were having breakfast. Hubby was out on a run for work. She said "hey I think one day while daddy is gone, maybe you could make the house pretty" I said "well Molly I think since I've been at home from work i've been working hard at getting the house pretty, dont you think its pretty? She shakes her head no and I said "whats not pretty?" she points to her playroom!!!! ummmm sorry dearheart thats your area to make pretty!!!! HAHAHA!
Next on the way home from preschool she told me there was a new girl in class. I said oh how nice! Did you play with her? She said yes she did "i asked her to be my friend but she said NO" I said "oh dear well I guess we cant be friends with everybody" She said "well what are ya gonna do?" I thought she meant it as oh well sa la vie she repeated it this way "no what are YOU gonna do about it?" HAHAHA ummm nothing honey!!!!
I just love the things she comes up with!!

Decided to redecorate!

I guess a few of us in the househole decided to redecorate today! First I redecorated the kitchen cabinet that houses all our cereal bowls, plastic drinking glasses for the kids, small plates(from our first dinnerware!) and medicines and travel mugs. I rid the cabinets of all the expired or close to expiring medicines, also removed all the plastic glasses from various restaraunts we've visited. I did keep the plastic glasses from Ikea because I love them and love knowing that they are very popular! I see them on various homes shown on Supernanny...hey wait...does thaat mean i need the SuperNanny to visit??? Some days I think so!! Today was one of those days for sure!! Anyways, sorry about drift of thoughts! Our kitchen cupboard now looks FABULOUS!!! Next I'll tackle my "cooking/baking cupboards"
Also, Nick decided while he was searching for a blue card needed for a Merit Badge(which he completed finally but cant find the card so he wont get credit till he does it over) that he would redecorate his room! He moved his bed and all his bookshelves! He did a wonderful job and now he has so much more room! I just hope since he moved his bed right up next to an outside wall he doesn't get to chilly!
Lastly, I redecorated our blog for the upcoming Holiday!! Hope ya all like it! I do!!

want to make Mollys Day??

Just tell her that Daddy's birthday is tomorrow! Paul left for a meeting and I thought I'd make some conversation so I told Molly that Daddy's birthday is tomorrow and Oh my goodness I wish I could have shared her enthusiasm!!! She was freaking out she was so happy!!
Other Molly news is today she told me that when she grows up she wants to be a singer, but when she loses her singing job she wants to be a painter! I told her its great to have a skill to fall back on!!!

Now on to my news I lost 3 pounds at todays weigh in making my total 5 pounds lost! Yay!!
