Even Steven today

so i had my WW meeting today. I was totally expecting a gain because i accidently ate chips and dip twice(shhh dont tell anyone!). Oh well! So when I weighed in I actually remained the same weight! Yay! No win no lose BUT I will hide the chips and dip so I can't accidently find them again!! Umm at least until Super Bowl Sunday.......

Sharing a few Molly funnies

I have no iea how a 4 year old comes up with these things but this was all just today!
It started this morning. I was sitting with her and we were having breakfast. Hubby was out on a run for work. She said "hey I think one day while daddy is gone, maybe you could make the house pretty" I said "well Molly I think since I've been at home from work i've been working hard at getting the house pretty, dont you think its pretty? She shakes her head no and I said "whats not pretty?" she points to her playroom!!!! ummmm sorry dearheart thats your area to make pretty!!!! HAHAHA!
Next on the way home from preschool she told me there was a new girl in class. I said oh how nice! Did you play with her? She said yes she did "i asked her to be my friend but she said NO" I said "oh dear well I guess we cant be friends with everybody" She said "well what are ya gonna do?" I thought she meant it as oh well sa la vie she repeated it this way "no what are YOU gonna do about it?" HAHAHA ummm nothing honey!!!!
I just love the things she comes up with!!

Decided to redecorate!

I guess a few of us in the househole decided to redecorate today! First I redecorated the kitchen cabinet that houses all our cereal bowls, plastic drinking glasses for the kids, small plates(from our first dinnerware!) and medicines and travel mugs. I rid the cabinets of all the expired or close to expiring medicines, also removed all the plastic glasses from various restaraunts we've visited. I did keep the plastic glasses from Ikea because I love them and love knowing that they are very popular! I see them on various homes shown on Supernanny...hey wait...does thaat mean i need the SuperNanny to visit??? Some days I think so!! Today was one of those days for sure!! Anyways, sorry about drift of thoughts! Our kitchen cupboard now looks FABULOUS!!! Next I'll tackle my "cooking/baking cupboards"
Also, Nick decided while he was searching for a blue card needed for a Merit Badge(which he completed finally but cant find the card so he wont get credit till he does it over) that he would redecorate his room! He moved his bed and all his bookshelves! He did a wonderful job and now he has so much more room! I just hope since he moved his bed right up next to an outside wall he doesn't get to chilly!
Lastly, I redecorated our blog for the upcoming Holiday!! Hope ya all like it! I do!!

want to make Mollys Day??

Just tell her that Daddy's birthday is tomorrow! Paul left for a meeting and I thought I'd make some conversation so I told Molly that Daddy's birthday is tomorrow and Oh my goodness I wish I could have shared her enthusiasm!!! She was freaking out she was so happy!!
Other Molly news is today she told me that when she grows up she wants to be a singer, but when she loses her singing job she wants to be a painter! I told her its great to have a skill to fall back on!!!

Now on to my news I lost 3 pounds at todays weigh in making my total 5 pounds lost! Yay!!

Almost a week

Uh-Oh its been about a week since I posted anything here. I better get on that! Its actually been pretty quiet around here though! Last week was pretty much just mid terms for the boys. Molly had no preschool due to the girls having Mid Terms. We did have a conference though and they feel she is definitly ready for Kindergarten!(but am I ready for that fact??) the only thing they could come up with was that she writes her Y incorrectly! The High School girls(Miss Nicole is Mollys special teacher) said that that is how EVERY 4 year old writed it! Trust me I wasn't fretting over the fact! I remember when Nick was in Kindergarten and he wrote his name perfectly backwards!!!
Other news is that the boys had their Winter Klondike Campout for scouts and thankfully even with the frigid temps and the piles of snow we received they came back fully intact!! Yay!!
Oh also last Thursday I had my weigh in for WW and I lost 2 pounds! Yay me!! I'll update again after Thursday!

Allergic to snow?

I love the kids and their theories on what they may be allergic too. We know that Joe is convinced he is allergic to Pineapple hahaha thats ok...thats easy enought o avoid. Today though Molly decided she thinks she's allergic to snow. Why does she think this you ask?? Because for the past few days she has mentioned her head hurts her...and it just so happens she has been out playing in the snow these past few days! Sunday was sledding, yesterday I took her out to color the snow with water dyed with food coloring and today we had to go out to her preschool conference and Nick pulled her in the sled a little bit before dinner. Who knows maybe it's the air pressure or something I know Paul gets headaches from that sometimes.

We took the kids sledding today! We went to the park that is fairly close to my mom and dads house which was good for Joe when he discovered he had a situation that he needed to deal with! We stayed about an hour and even mommy and daddy took a turn on the sleds!
